Four Things We Should Know How to Do

I was listening to the sermon at church Sunday.... He was teaching from Proverbs. In the context of Raising Children, he told us four things we should teach them and like many things in Proverbs, there are many applications. If these are things we should teach our children, that means we should know them ourselves. The four things are as follows:

Suffer Well
Spend Wisely
Make Wise Decisions
Live By Grace

Think it through,,,,,,

Are you getting ready to do something that you need to think all the way through first? A large purchase? A relationship?..... ? Think it through.... ALL THE WAY THROUGH......
Are you willing to live with the consequences? Good or Bad?

We cannot just look at what we feel at the moment. Think of the affects on you in the future. Think of the affects on others around you now and in the future... Is it worth it?

This is a good start for deciding something...
